・Customers will receive a "Order Confirmation Email" after completing the payment. Since the email service provider may classify our emails as spam, it is recommended to check the email inbox and spam box at the same time.・Orders placed before 23:59pm on October 15, 2022 will be shipped in early January 2023 according to the delivery method selected by the customer. You will receive our shipping information via email. Orders placed on or after October 16, 2022 are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods, delivery date to be confirmed. If we are unable to provide any product or service for your order, we will notify you via email.
・The delivery method selected when placing the order, including the pick-up district, method and delivery address, cannot be modified once submitted.
・Only one pick-up district/method/address can be selected for each order. Alternative delivery address must be placed with separate order.
・Since all products are exclusively made to order , All confirmed orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
